We offer standard shipping and express shipping for most countries. The shipping price depends on your region and will be calculated at checkout.

Processing times

All orders placed on the website are shipped from our two warehouses, depending on availability. Please Contact us to receive the fastest and best option. The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies, and we promise they will be shipped within 3 working days from placing your order.

Estimated arrival time from shipment day:
American destinations: 10-15 business days
European destinations: 3-10 business days
Russia: from 9 business days
Main Asian destinations: 6-8 business days
Australia/New Zealand: 14-21 business days
Rest of the world: 10-30 business days

Add 1-5 days for remote destinations

* Please not that we currently cannot guarantee the above estimates due to disruptions in international shipping caused by COVID-19. The possible delays are in the range of one to three weeks.

* Due to the lack of transportation to many countries, we are unable to ship to certain international destinations. If you are unsure if your country might be affected, please Contact us.

We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but we cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose, any holidays, weather, unforeseeable events, and your local customs office.

All purchases are sent by registered airmail with a tracking number.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation and the tracking details to the email address you provided. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 3 working days of placing your order, please contact us at info@hanamer.shop or click 'Contact Us'.

If your delivery date has passed, please let us know using the 'Contact Us' section. We’ll be happy to assist you in locating your order.

Where applicable, the shipping costs are added at checkout and do not include customs fees or taxes.

Express shipping

If you chose Express shipping option at checkout, please add your phone number along with your address.

Customs, Duties and Import taxes

Your order may be subject to customs fees or taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your particular country.

HANAMER Design is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your package by your local authorities. You will be responsible for paying these additional charges for customs clearance. We must declare all items at their full price and cannot change this amount to lower customs fees.
